FX CREATIONS<08136> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of FX Creations International Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (8/3/2006) pending the release of an announcement in 
relation to possible mandatory conditional cash offer by the offeror for 
all the issued shares of the Company.
