FX CREATIONS<08136> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of FX Creations International Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (15/1/2007) pending the release of an announcement 
relating to proposed subscription of the subscription shares and a 
possible mandatory unconditional cash offer of the Company.
