MAXITECH INT'L<08136> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Maxitech International Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (10/4/2007) pending the release of an announcement 
relating to a very substantial acquisition on the part of the Company.
